We offer a house in a traditional Bulgarian style, situated in a popular and quite big village with well-developed infrastructure. The village is located 25 km. from Varna, 30 km. from the international airport, 2 km. from a lake where you can go fishing. The beauty and charm of the area has already attracted many foreign families, who bought properties for their permanent residence.

The house is not habitable for some time, so it needs thorough repair. For the foundation and basement of the house the stone was used and the other part of the construction is made of brick. There are some cracks appeared on the walls, but the roof is strong, it was recovered a few years ago.
A very large plot of land belongs to the house, with an area of ​​2200 sq.m., with good fertile black soil. There used to be some stone outbuildings in the yard, which at present are almost destroyed, but the materials can be used for recover them. There are many fertile trees in the garden which deliver an excellent harvest every year. There is enough free space for planting vegetables as well.
The main communications - electricity and water supply are connected to the house.
A grassy but solid road leads to the house.
