Hotel in Bulgaria
The steady growth of tourism determines the demand for construction of new and modern hotels. The interest of foreign and Bulgarian investors increased mostly because of the favorable economic situation in the country. Building plots are most expensive at the beach or ski resorts and this of course is determined by the market demands. It is really prestigious to have a modern hotel at a hot spot and most profitable to have it a place where great incomes are guaranteed during the high seasons. Large investments are directed to the construction of big and luxurious hotels where relaxing SPA procedures cosset the holiday makers while the exquisite restaurants, bars offer the tourists first class service. At the other hand family hotels with more traditional appearance attract the visitors with the cozy atmosphere. Big or small, at the sea or in the mountain it is always the ultimate investment. Investors often buy building plots at an advantageous price, and then built them up with hotels. Thus way they save large amount of capitals which they use afterwards for other investments. Going further from the resorts the prices decrease. Sea and mountainous areas are not the only preferred ones from the tourists and therefore the investors. Foreign tourists also prefer rural, rustic places where to take pleasure of the beautiful Bulgarian nature. In relation to this small hotels are built in villages and hunting and fishing areas. So it is only a matter of investors’ choice to fix the place of his hotel.
