Method of payment:

2000 Eur deposit - reservation fee, which is not refundable in case of failure.
40% down payment (including deposit) upon signing the preliminary contract, to be paid

till 15 days after reservation.

The remaining amount is paid according to contributions under the arrangement, fixed in

the Preliminary contract.
