Founded by two experts with outstanding experience in the field of real estates, the company has quickly developed, and since then it has three times enlarged its team, while the number of the accomplished deals and that of satisfied clients have notably exceeded those of many other competitors.

Our Services include:
- Viewing trips
Viewing properties are free of charge in case you buy any property through our company.
In case you decide not to buy, we charge 0,30 EUR per kilometer.
- Company setting-up fee
Setting-up of Bulgarian Limited Company will cost you 250 EUR including all fees.
- Accountant Services
Keeping and maintaining the paperwork of your company our accountant can take over for an annual fee of 100 EUR.
- Agency commission
Our commission is 3 % of the property purchase price, but not less than 1300 EUR.
First half of the commission is due at the date of signing the preliminary contract and paying the deposit. Second half is due at the day of official finalizing the deal before the Notary Public.
If you buy more than 2 properties through our company, we shell make a discount on the commission.
- Legal charges when transferring property ownership
At purchasing a property there will be some extra expenses such as: a notary fee, state tax, official entry state fee; they are usually about 4 % of the property purchase price.
