Solid house just 3 km from Balchik, Bulgaria.

It is situated in a well-known village 3 km away from the cozy resort town of Balchik and 5 km from the seaside, 42 km from Varna Airport, and very near of the well-known Gary Players BLACK SEA RAMA golf course.

Balchik is a district where the infrastructure is well developed, with children's kindergartens and playgrounds, schools, hospital, banks, shops, restaurants, etc.

You can easily reach the village from Balchik by a regular bus-line. The village infrastructure is also good: asphalted roads, shops, small bar and restaurant.
