Apartments in a luxury sea view hotel complex in the resort town of Byala, 50 km south from Varna and 68 km north from Burgas. The four-star hotel complex is situated in the central part of bulgarian blacksea coastline and contains two blocks: A and B. The third block C is a residential complex with magnificent apartments located just 50 m from the beach. The ortogonal building's shape is broken-up by the two oval bodies.

The residential buildings – Blocks A and B comprise 105 apartments, separated into 7 residential floors and an open terrace on the top. There are three property types left for sale in the complex: STUDIO (from 60 to 68 sq.m.); ONE BEDROOM apartment (87 to 112 sq.m.); TWO BEDROOM apartment.

Prices include completion to the key (furniture not included): laminate flooring in the bedrooms and the living room, tiled flooring in the rest of the rooms; double glazed PVC windows, MDF interior doors, armored entry doors, fully equipped bathroom and WC with bath-tub, telephone line, pre-installed cable TV and Internet access, air-conditioners.

Maintenance is provided. It includes cleaning of the swimming pool, maintenace of the communal area, etc. It will cost you 10 EUR per sq.m. on annual basis.
