This plot of land within the boundaries of Balchik town and is situated in the area named "White Rocks", at only 1 km. from the sea and 40 km. from Varna airport.

The area, where the plot is situated is regulated with approval to build up to 10 m. high building. It is suitable for building a residential house for permanent living.

At the moment there are two neighboring plots both with good rectangular shape and with common boundary between them. They can be united into one whole plot after leading a municipal procedure for the purpose.

The plots itself have a very slight slope towards the sea so the plots have a good sea view, which will not be covered in future.

The road leading to the plot is a bit steepy, however it is made of concrete and is quite strong and stable.

All the communication - electricity, water supply are available near the boundary of the plot.
